I hope this message finds you and your families well amidst the ongoing pandemic. I am launching a research study as part of my master’s thesis to explore the relationship between
self-assessed leadership style, health outcomes, and the role of emotional intelligence. I am particularly interested in individuals currently serving in a leadership position within the Department of Defense, federal government, or private sector. The study
is broken up into two survey phases; the first survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete, while the second requires up to 60 minutes to complete. Completion of the first or both parts of the study will qualify you for an entry into a drawing to
