Calling experienced Org Effectiveness practitioners! I am seeking a Consultant to join Charter's
OE team for a 6-month contract. This person will consult on and support design and implementation of various OE initiatives. The primary focus of the role will be on Performance Management, with opportunity to support Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Employee
Surveys, and other ad hoc projects. Job Description attached.
