Who are we looking for?

HireVue is looking for a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) with strong project management skills to work as part of the HireVue team, reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services. The PSC will work as part of a HireVue team on large client projects and will also lead smaller individual consulting or implementation projects.

What will you be doing?

You will work in close collaboration with other members of the Professional Services, Sales & Customer Success teams, focusing on the Western United States and North American market. In addition, you will be an active member of the internal team, contributing to internal knowledge sharing, best practice development and team engagement. This is a great opportunity to use existing consulting, project management and technical skills, while growing your capabilities within a rapidly expanding company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Product Implementation & Consulting

  • Configure the HireVue platform for client requirements & using best practices.
  • Work as part of multiple global teams on large customer projects, owning/delivering defined workstreams and working with a global program manager.
  • Collaborate with clients to help them to strategically transform their hiring processes through mapping of ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ client recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal integration consultants on both standard and custom integration projects.
  • Use the HireVue training methodology to deliver product training and product train-the-trainer sessions to clients.
  • Become a ‘trusted advisor’ for your implementation clients.

Project Management

  • Plan, organize and manage small-to-medium implementations using the HireVue methodology.
  • Work collaboratively with other workstream owners and program managers on global projects.
  • Leverage the appropriate internal resources on your projects & collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success & Support.
  • Develop and implement project goals, timeline, tools and success measures.
  • Manage project risks appropriately.

Change Management

  • Strategize with clients to define the appropriate metrics and measures to prove ROI, reinforce positive behavior & enable client success
  • Utilize change management best practices to ensure a focus on driving adoption and execution of client business drivers
  • Help customer project leads and sponsors plan and execute in a way that will ensure user adoption & positive measurable outcomes.
  • Assist clients in deploying internal projects such as branding and communication.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years related SaaS implementations experience in Professional Services, Solution Delivery or HCM Consulting field
  • Technical aptitude - must be comfortable using new software and quick to learn new systems. Must be able to discuss technical concepts (e.g. SSO, integrations) at a high level and willing to learn more detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive decisions and to quickly negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams a must
  • Experience with formal project management.
  • Experience driving change management initiatives.
  • Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment
  • Process improvement driven
  • Working knowledge of HR & Recruiting best practices, PHR/SPHR strongly preferred. Experience as a recruiter or HR manager is even better!
  • Possess strong consulting skills, with a proven approach for achieving rapid results for clients
  • Energetic self starter with ability to work independently in a competitive and fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic is critical
  • Working knowledge with Google Suite products including G-Mail and Google Docs as well as Salesforce and related tools
  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate US and European colleagues (up to 25%)
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time (post Covid)
