I was hoping that you could share this opportunity with your students. While the time commitment is extensive, the process can serve as a valuable learning and development experience. The success of our past assessments has been due to the involvement and generosity of individuals such as your students. In order to accurately and effectively assess the candidates' performance in our selection processes, we are recruiting graduate students who are enrolled in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change, Organizational Design, Master and/or PhD programs or any individual that has employee selection assessment experience to assist in the final assessment of these candidates. Also, please feel free to share this opportunity with your network! This assessment will require travel to Birmingham, Alabama the week of Sunday, February 20, 2022 through Friday, February 25, 2022. Registration is currently open for the dates listed below: February 2022 JCHR Assessment Dates: Registration Deadline *Sunday, February 20, 2022 (Travel Day to Birmingham) *Friday, February 25, 2022 (Departure) January 29, 2022 Travel to Birmingham will be required on Sunday. Assessors will receive training beginning at 8:00am CST on Monday, February 21, 2022 regarding the selection process. Candidate scoring will take place the remainder of the week. The success of our process hinges on our ability to recruit highly competent individuals to assist in this assessment. The assessment does provide several benefits to individuals who graciously agree to assist us with this process.
