Good afternoon,
I am happy to announce that our 2022 February Assessment is now open for registration and
I would like to invite your students to participate. I was hoping that you could share this opportunity with your students. While the time commitment is extensive, the process can serve as a valuable learning and development experience.
The success of our past assessments has been due to the involvement and generosity of individuals such as your students. In order to accurately and effectively assess
the candidates’ performance in our selection processes, we are recruiting graduate students who are enrolled in
Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior,
Organizational Change, Organizational Design, Master and/or PhD programs or any individual that has employee selection assessment experience to assist in the final assessment of these candidates. Also, please feel free to share this opportunity with
your network!
This assessment will require travel to Birmingham, Alabama the week of Sunday, February 20, 2022 through Friday, February 25, 2022. Registration is
currently open for the dates listed below:

Travel to Birmingham will be required on Sunday.
Assessors will receive training beginning at 8:00am CST on Monday, February 21, 2022 regarding the selection process. Candidate scoring will take place the remainder of the week.
