Hello Everyone, 
Over the weekend I spent extra time working on the survey.  I used remote access to communicate through email with individuals from other offices to try and get information needed to finish creating the follow-up identification questions for the survey.  Some individual were helpful others were not; so today I was extra observant on my way into the office and found the information I had inquired about and made notes so I could create the questions properly.  
After finishing the questions I update the questions excel file so other individual could see changes made and understand why they were made.
