I looks like I will have a need near term for a  benefits administrator.
This individual would be responsible for administration of all health
and welfare plans (specifically self-insured plans) as well as general
retirement plan administration (403(b)/401(a) plans).   This position
interfaces with employees, management and vendors and must be able to
handle the full range of interactions from employee orientation,
enrollment, claims issue resolution, to carrier negotiation and
management presentations.  Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced, high
maintenance environment.  Excellent customer service and communication
skills are critical.  Must be a team player.  Proficiency with HRIS
systems, particularly Peoplesoft, would be a big help.

If anyone knows of anyone looking or can suggest a good candidate,
please let me know.  To further enhance our departmental diversity,
