Hello everyone,

Things are starting to reach its conclusion at my internship but there is still much work to be done! We have finished conducting the majority of our interviews for our 2015 priority list of job description consolidations/reviews. While most of the decisions to consolidate have already been made, we are still waiting for feedback from a few of the managers in each department. We want to make sure that they have enough time to review and make any additional changes to the job description before we pass along the changes to HR. In addition, we are still compiling the survey data from some of our positions that required a more in depth analysis. I will provide additional updates to this in the next few weeks.
