Good afternoon, Mr. Buffardi:
I am a manager at the US Office of Personnel Management and am looking for a
student intern. I am looking for someone who is currently a student
pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology,
Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
The position is in the Training and Executive Development (TED) group. TED
provides leadership and supports training and development across the Federal
government. The group develops and implements policies, regulations, and
related guidance on training and executive development. TED develops policy
frameworks and flexibilities to establish Government-wide systems to support
effective leadership development programs for managers and executives. The
office also develops tools to assist agencies implement their leadership
development programs.
