We are located in southwest Alabama in the historic city of Mobile. Our departmental staff recruits applicants, develops and administers examinations, and creates eligible lists for the Mobile County Merit System, which encompasses 21 local government agencies, 750+ job classifications and approximately 5,700 employees in Mobile County, Alabama.
