level position is responsible for completing all aspects of recruitment
for assigned positions - including the posting of approved requisitions
on the on-line applicant tracking system, advertising, initial review
and/or prescreening of applicants, interview, referral to managers,
reference checking, determination of offer rate, job offer, and set up
for on-boarding.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>The HR
Recruiter I also assists Senior Recruiter with her/his position caseload
by reviewing new applications, pre-screening qualified applicants by
phone, and scheduling interviews with Senior Recruiter.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>The HR Recruiter I administers
the on-boarding requirements for newly hired SPHS employees as well as
coordinates with Compensation and Compliance Analyst to assure that
agency temps and other non-employees have met initial on-boarding
requirements.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>The HR
Recruiter I may facilitate the on-boarding of newly hired Physician’s
PA employees.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>The hired
individual works with selected advertising agencies and online
advertising sources and handles associated billing as well as
coordinates the assignment of all agency temporaries and handles
associated billing.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;
F</SPAN>acilitates&nbsp;new employee orientation when needed
and&nbsp;may&nbsp;assign work to HR Office Assistant.<SPAN

effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, compose clear
communications, and demonstrate knowledge of employment laws, practices,
