Subject:        BPI Change Team Announcement 
I am pleased to announce that Nandini Ganguly will be joining the Business
Performance Improvement Change Team as a Change Management Consultant,
effective March 3rd.  Previously, Nandini held an internship within
Constellation Energy's Learning and Organizational Development group.  While
with L&OD, Nandini supported a variety of initiatives including: Communities
of Practice within BGE, Tuition Reimbursement, myDevelopment enhancements
and analyzing leadership data used during a Board and Directors off-site.
Nandini also recently completed her second master's degree from University
of Baltimore in Applied Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
