Hope you're doing well and the I/O program is still going strong.
Attached below is a JD for a Sr. Mgt Talent Management role outside of bmore
(Hanover, MD).  I was thinking you may know a recent grad from the program
or someone currently in program that has around 3-5 years experience and
looking for a job. Pay range is 75-95k, so a pretty good job for someone
with a couple years experience.

Sr. Manager of Talent Management Job Description:
The Sr. Manager of Talent Management will be responsible for managing the
"employee life cycle" functions which include Corporate Recruiting,
on-boarding/off-boarding, learning and development, talent management and
succession planning. The Sr. Manager directs and manages the coordination of
succession planning, key talent/high-potential development, and performance
management to achieve business goals and create an internal bench of top
talent. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for analyzing training needs,
creating and defining strategies for learning and professional development,
as well as standardizing training programs and development plans to
supplement organizational employee development and succession management
plans.

Essential Functions:

- Partner with leadership to identify and develop talent management
strategies, identify gaps, and plan processes to support business
initiatives
- Own high-potential management and development programs that align with
long-range business strategies
- Develop a strategic diversity plan that ensures a diverse talent pipeline
and supports business objectives
- Creating a recruitment strategy for diverse talent across multiple
disciplines, managing full life cycle recruitment process.
- Train and develop recruiters, Hiring Managers on the recruitment process.
- Manage performance management systems.
- Maintain database of talent information, participate in succession
planning and key talent review meetings, and oversee strategies to
accelerate development of key talent and successor candidates
- Partner with OpCo HR teams and Professional Development teams to
coordinate development of talent management programs, systems, and processes
to support the business
- Create strategy plans to keep programs current with changing business
needs, e-learning technology and company strategy.
- Continuously update and enhance existing programs taking into account new
delivery methods and solutions.

Supervisory or Management Responsibility:

- Manages staff of 5-10 employees, recruiting and professional development
teams.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

- BA Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Instructional
Technology, Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 5+ years proven record of performance as a director/manager (both in terms
of business results and building/ retaining a team within a training
environment)
- 5+ years experience with Talent Management, Talent Development and HR
Management with 2 to 5 years instructional design experience in a business
setting
- 5 + years experience with employee life cycle management
- Proven abilities as a facilitator in both a large, formal setting as well
as small group

Requisite Abilities and/or Skills:

- Proven experience in recognizing needs of the company and employees and
designing training programs to meet those needs.
- Experience with large-scale organizational learning initiatives preferred.
- Knowledge within Learning Management Systems (Plateau and/or Success
Factors is preferred), Online learning, Adobe Suite, and preferably
audio/video exposure.
- Extensive experience designing programs which align to department goals
along with an Instructional System Designer.
- Ability to create a vision and align resources both at a strategic and
tactical level
- Skilled at managing and coaching others
- Deep understanding of training and development environment
- Experience in sales and/or recruiting training programs is a plus.
- Proven success partnering with business leaders and outside agencies to
recruit and hire top level talent.
- Strong communication and influence skills
