Invitation to a Discussion on Managing Workplace Conflict in the Virtual Era

Dear Students, faculty, alumni, and friends:

I hope you are doing well and that 2022 is off to a great start for you so far.

The CNCM program recently established a collaborative partnership<http://www.ubalt.edu/news/news-releases.cfm?id=3848> with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS)—a neutral and independent U.S. governmental agency that provides dispute resolution and conflict management services across the public, private, and federal sectors—to promote mutual interest in research, educational, and professional development opportunities for UBalt students and faculty and FMCS specialists.

As a result of this partnership, I’m excited to share with you that we are hosting an upcoming webinar with a panel of FMCS specialists to discuss recent developments and implications of managing workplace conflict online or virtually. Please join us for this webinar, on Zoom, at 6:00pm EST on Thursday, February 10, 2022. You can find more details about the webinar below and on the flyer attached. This webinar is free and open to the public, so please feel free to share this with others who might be interested to attend as well.
