The CNCM program recently established a collaborative partnership<http://www.ubalt.edu/news/news-releases.cfm?id=3848> with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS)—a neutral and independent U.S. governmental agency that provides dispute resolution and conflict management services across the public, private, and federal sectors—to promote mutual interest in research, educational, and professional development opportunities for UBalt students and faculty and FMCS specialists.



As a result of this partnership, I’m excited to share with you that we are hosting an upcoming webinar with a panel of FMCS specialists to discuss recent developments and implications of managing workplace conflict online or virtually.
