Day Consultants Inc is currently seeking qualified applicants to provide
Temporary Administrative Support Services for one year with the
Department of Homeland Security, Baltimore-Washington's Transportation
Security Administration (TSA) Office. This is a full-time position
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week. 

Human Resource Specialist Maintains oversight of all human resources
contractual activities, assists with implementation of policies,
guidance and programs that are used in to identify and promote the best
and most efficient HR practices allowing field offices to establish and
administer programs necessary to create and sustain a diverse and highly
skilled workforce. Assists with: Employee Relations and Grievances;
Performance Management; Benefits and compensation management; Workers
Compensation Program; TSO Local Hiring and Strategic Hiring Planning. 

The successful candidate must have a background in Human Resources and
Federal Workers' Compensation experience and with good to excellent
skills in all MS Office applications; Emphasis on Word, Excel, and Power
Point (Access experience preferred, but not required). 

Experience must be outlined in your resume. 

All applicants must complete and pass a National Agency background check
(Criminal and Financial) prior to starting on the job. This process
takes approximately six (6) weeks. This must be completed before the
start of any work. 

All applicants must be a United States citizen.
