Good Afternoon,

Even though the semester is coming to a close, I don't have much to report.
All of the projects I have previously mentioned are under way. We have
solidified a date for presenting the effective interviewing and hiring
training; it will be the middle of September. We have now started
researching external vendors regarding the administrative support
reclassification project. We have a few data gaps to fill, and then we want
to compare our data with external market data.

Additionally, a project I worked on last fall is coming to the forefront. It
is about early career development practices in other organizations. I've
compared what we do to other Fortune 100 companies and ourcompetitors.
Furthermore, I've provided suggestions about what we could do for our early
career staff members. I should be formally presenting this work at the end
of August.

Lastly, the Fall Review has now begun. The staff and supervisors are in the
process of writing their objectives and records of work. It's hard to
believe that the Fall Review has started because summer isn't even over yet.
This process will keep me very busy in the coming months.

Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

Sincerely,

Becca Nusbaum
