We are currently seeking an analysist to assist the Manager of Performance Management within the Office of Organizational Development at MDOT MAA.
Ideally, this  will be a graduate student or someone with a background in Business Analysis and Strategic Planning.
Here's a description of the position for the Performance Manager:

This is a temporary position that is good for one year. It could possibly turn into something permanent with the State of Maryland.

The Performance Management Manager performs complex analytical work in the development and execution of performance management strategies that support the MDOT
MAA Strategic Plan and accomplishment of aligned projects, goals, objectives, and key performance indicators.

Specifically, the position requires the use of analytical and technical skills to conduct in-depth analyses of Key Performance Indicator data, requirements, and impact and the ability to identify problem areas to Executive Management.

The Performance Management, Manager works closely with executive management, senior management, and the general workforce for inquiries about the performance management software. The manager is responsible for structure and making corrections to Key Performance Indicators to maintain performance management software.

Also, the manager works closely with staff members of the office of Organizational Development for presenting formal and informal training for the performance management software to executive management, senior management, managers, supervisors and the general workforce.

The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional with attention to detail, and analytical skills and understands MDOT MAA Core Values and performance
accountability.

The Salary starts at about $45,000, it may be negotiable. There are no benefits because it is a temporary position for one year, but could lead to something permanent.
