Position at MAA. Good entry level position or higher level comp with some experience. We have had good experience with alum there.

If Daniel (copied here) will send me the recruitment announcement, I'll post it to all our current IO students and as well to all out alum on our listserv. There may be someone out there looking for a move.
Sounds like a great opportunity!  Keep in mind that we are familiar with all of the alum and current students. So don't hesitate to reach out to me or Archana for a conversation.
I, rather than Archana, will be teaching Job Analysis this coming fall. So I'll be reaching out to Daniel about taking a couple of students from MDot who can be trained, as usual, to use your method for position audits.
Looking forward to working with you on recruiting for the class and comp position and the JA project heading into the fall.

Hi Tom and Archana,

I trust that this email will find you both doing very well. I was speaking to some folks in human resources at MAA.  They recently had one of their part time class and comp analyst retire.  This position works 20 hours per week and performs comp and class duties that include job reclassification studies, job evaluation, class specification review, design and development, salary and wage admin and special projects as assigned. Hours of work are flexible and can be performed virtually. I was thinking that this could be a great opportunity for one of your students. They could acquire valuable work experience prior to graduation and also be considered for a fulltime position upon graduation to a 40 hour position.

Would like to discuss to see if we could make this work.  I mentioned to MAA and also Daniel Bright, who is now officially the MDOT TSO Class and Compensation Manager, that I would reach out to you for consideration.
