Hello all,
Calling experienced Org Effectiveness practitioners! I am seeking a Consultant to join Charter's OE team for a 6-month contract. This person will consult on and support design and implementation of various OE initiatives. The primary focus of the role will be on Performance Management, with opportunity to support Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Employee Surveys, and other ad hoc projects. Job Description attached.
The ideal candidate:
• Has experience consulting with various client groups
• Takes initiative to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of processes
• Is curious and innovative, willing to challenge the status quo to enhance solutions, while considering scope and scalability of change in relation to organization readiness
• Is well-versed in Excel data aggregation/analysis tools (e.g., formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, data visualization)
• Demonstrates superior attention to detail
• Is confident communicating recommendations and information to senior leaders
• Is able to easily adapt communication to various audiences
