Kids: Should We Lock 'Em Up for Life?

On November 9th, the Supreme Court hears arguments in two cases
challenging the constitutionality of sentencing minors to life without
parole. That day the Oregon Child Advocacy Project sponsors a
discussion of the issues by a nationally-respected forensic child
psychologist and an Oregon attorney with special expertise in
representing young people charged with major felonies. For more
