Minimum Requirements

Human Resource Analyst II-Requires any combination of education (above the high school level) and/or experience equivalent to eight (8) years in fields utilizing the knowledge, skills and abilities and associated with such positions as Human Resources Specialist or Analyst.

Duties

Facilitate and conduct job analysis in association with the development and administration of job related assessments; coordinate and oversee the procurement of testing/assessment related services; advise and oversee consultants during the exam and assessment development process; facilitate meetings with subject matter experts (SME's) in order to develop comprehensive job analysis and linkage reports; conduct adverse impact analysis; procure proctors and assessors for examinations and assessment centers; assist consultants in development and training of rater guidelines; and support departmental selection processes by overseeing the development/administration of any job related exam.

Preferences

Master's - Industrial Psychology / Psychology/ Human Resources Management/ Organizational Development or related degree

Experience working with Public Safety oriented organizations (Police, Fire, EMS, etc.) performing job analysis and developing/administering assessments
