Human Resources Generalist to work 2 to 3 days a week (15 - 25

Performs a variety of administration/professional human resource
functions in the following areas

 

 *   recruiting and staffing;

 *   performance management and improvement systems;

 *   employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;

 *   employee orientation, development, and training;

 *   policy development and documentation;

 *   employee relations;

 *   benefits administration;

 *   employee services and counseling;

 *   completion of human resources related projects.

 

5+ years of Generalist experience, strong employee relations, good
written and oral communication skills. Ability to multitask and work
with various groups.
