Subject: Masters Students Desired for SHA Job

Good Afternoon,

The State Highway Administration (SHA) has a contractual job opening for a Personnel Specialist in the Recruitment and Examination Division. We have a strong preference for applicants who have recently completed a Masters Degree program in the field of I/O Psychology, or a closely related field. SHA has hired a number of such applicants over the last ten years.
If you have any previous students that you feel would be interested in this position, please have them complete an application (http://www.mdot.maryland.gov/Employment/application) and send the application as directed in the attached job announcement.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by email or by phone at 410-545-5609, or Bernadette Brown, Assistant Division Chief, at 410-545-5557. Thank you for your support.
