Hey -

Know anyone in ER? The salary is enough to entice just about anyone to
apply!

Thanks,

Regan

Subject: Do You Have a Background in Employee Relations?

Do you also have strong analytical and writing skills? Are you a good
project manager? If so, I have the perfect job for you! See attached.

I am recruiting for a seasoned Employee Relations and Program
Specialist. The incumbent will handle ALL ER cases (we do not have a
Union), and take on a variety of special projects. I'm looking for
someone who has superb analytical and writing skills.

This is a NEW position and the incumbent will report directly for me (at
least temporarily). It classified at our Grade 22. The salary range
(hold onto your seat people) is $112,855 to $197,497. Yep - that's not
a typo. That's big bucks. We generally try to offer a 5% increase at
the onset - as long as the salary is equitable to our other Grade 22s.
We compare years of relevant service in the field, past 3 appraisal
levels, education level and certifications in the field.

In addition to the amazing salary, we offer the following:

* FREE Vision Care for you AND your family members

* FREE Dental Care for you AND your family members

* $600 reimbursement for any health or wellness cost (per year), such as
health club membership, Wii Fit, bicycle, treadmill, nutritionist, etc.

* 401(k) with up to 3% matching (in addition to your TSP).

* We also pay 100% of your cost of public transportation used for
commuting.

There's more...but you can read the vacancy announcement if you're
interested.

We give a lot and we expect a lot. It's a great place to work...if you
like working hard...pedal to the medal...we are customer service
oriented and respond to requests quickly, generally within a day.

If you are looking for a break from supervision, and have a background
in ER, this job may be for you. If not, please forward it to someone
you know - who is top notch. Only the best should apply!

Feel free to call me directly if you are interested and have questions
about the position.
