Hi Sharon -
I hope this finds you doing well. I was a part of the first UB cohort to participate in the Erasmus Mundos program back in 2011.
I'm now working for HireVue as an I/O Psychology Consultant. We build custom digital assessments for organizations across the world. As our international footprint expands, we're looking to hire an I/O (or WOP-P) professional in London. We need someone with a strong job analysis background and assessment development experience is desired. I thought that the Erasmus Mundos alumni community might be a good place to circulate the opportunity.
Are you still involved with the program? I'm hoping you can point me in the right direction for sending the vacancy announcement. I can send it directly to you to pass along, if that's preferred. Our Chief I/O Psychologist will be in London for a round of interviews during the week of March 20th.
