The Human Resources Division seeks a dynamic and highly-detailed Manager
of
Compensation, Benefits and Systems:  This individual will be responsible
for
managing, implementing and coordinating compensation and benefits
policies and
programs. Administers group insurance, retirement, disability and
employee
welfare programs.  Conducts market analysis on a variety of compensation
related
subjects including job evaluations and pricing, base pay and incentive
pay
practices. Administers compensation programs and manages annual merit
increase
process.  Write diverse compensation, benefit and retirement
communications in a
fast paced environment to different audience levels.   Manage
compensation,
benefits and systems department allowing for focus and execution of
departmental
goals and objectives. 


Minimum Requirements:- Minimum of 5-7 years progressive compensation and
benefits experience
- Working knowledge of all pay/wage and benefits related laws. 
- Balanced focus on compensation strategy, plan development, and
hands-on 
execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills; 
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple
responsibilities 
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems
- Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel
- Project Management experience
- Problem resolution skills
- Organizational skills
- Customer service skills 
- Must Have a Bachelors degree with emphasis in HR, finance or
accounting
- Masters degree preferred.
