Staffing Specialist

Exciting career opportunity exists for a seasoned HR professional to
support and independently assume responsibility for the high volume
recruitment needs of assigned departments and function as an active
member of a team of specialists. We seek your client consulting approach
to service and delivery and your creativity in providing recruitment
services. The selected applicant will partner with other HR
professionals to provide a seamless transition of services for assigned
clients. The successful candidate will:<BR>

sensitive<BR>

well as having a comfort with presenting information in formal

<HR>REQUIREMENTS:<BR>

The ideal candidate will have functioned as a seasoned recruiter and
have basic working knowledge of compensation and salary administration
principles. Must have demonstrated competency in managing multiple
priorities, technology (including the Internet) and customer service; as
well as demonstrated use of discretionary judgment in considering and
advising on all aspects of policies and procedures, customer needs and
the recruitment process. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
or a related field and minimum of 2 years experience (equivalent
combination of education and experience may be considered). Previous
experience with high volume recruitment is also required. People Soft is
a definite plus. The selected candidate will have the ability to
contribute positively to our cohesive team and experience working with a
Web-based automated recruitment

system in a Windows environment is preferred. Excellent written and
verbal

communication skills and computer proficiency are required.
Understanding of fair employment practices, a sensitivity to diversity
issues and experience with related employment law is a must.
